Recurring E-mail Problem |
| When I used the web-based Bmail, I ever so often run into this problem, usually when I'm replying to a single sender or replying to all. I will click on send but it doesn't, although the tool greys out and can't be clicked any more, and in the compose window the mouse is no longer a cursor but a circle. All I can do at this point is copy what I wanted to write, close the window, and what usually helps is opening a completely new compose window and putting in the recipients manually. It's completely random as to when this happen, but when it does it's when I'm using webbased, never when using Imap or anything. |

Do you get any error messages? How long have you been composing a message for? 10 min longer? It sounds like you have chosen to compose in a "new window" which is not the default. We have seen some issues with composing in a new window, but this is the first where the email doesn't send.
