The Department of Anthropology at Brandeis University seeks to hire a Lecturer to teach one or perhaps two courses in the Fall Semester 2008. Possible courses include: Anthropology of Religion; Psychological Anthropology; Peoples and Societies of the Middle East; Global, Transnational and Diasporic Communities; AIDS: Science, Society and Policy; or Anthropology of the Body. Candidates must have a PhD (preferred) or ABD standing in Anthropology and have previous teaching experience. The salary is $5,000 per course.
