Interest in a PhD Dissertation Peer Support Group? posted by Marcos Paiva in Anthro Grad Student March 25, 2008

Hello Everyone: I was wondering if there would be any interest in starting a peer support group for advanced Brandeis ANTH PhD students (ABD or close to it!). I am ABD and have been kicking around the program on a mostly part-time basis for quite some time now! I'm looking to get a jump-start to my writing and perhaps others are in a similar situation. I'm hoping the comaraderie would be helpful and even stimulating! My availability would be late afternoon or evenings and the occasional weekend as I work full-time during the day. If anyone is interested, has any suggestions on similar groups elsewhere, or simply wants to chat about this topic either on or off line, please let me know. Thanks, Marc Paiva
