So I can't connect to my email or the internet. When I try logging onto firefox, I get a message telling me that I need to register my computer to unet. I click the link provided and I get a biohazard symbol saying that this computer has been denied access due to ongoing security issues.
I have a desktop, what should I do!?

Your computer has been removed from the network due to a malware infection. You received email about this issue on Friday at 10:39 AM. The relevent bit of that message was:
To be reconnected, you must correct the problem. In most cases that
involves either removing a virus infection or reinstalling the
computer's operating system. If you are not sure how to do these
yourself or would prefer not to, you should contact LTS for assistance
at x9UNET for undergraduates or x67782 for staff, faculty and graduate
students.
