Club Description
The Brandeis Belly Dance Ensemble is a non-competitive club where members are given the opportunity to learn traditional Egyptian and Turkish belly dancing from professional instructors. It is a fun and sensual dance that works out your entire figure. It was traditionally created to help women strengthen their bodies in preparation for a safer childbirth. Members of the ensemble also have the opportunity to voluntarily perform at school events. All students are welcome.
This is a chartered club. That means that it can use University resources and can request funding from the Finance Board.
