Q: What are the workshops and scheduler modules?
A:
The workshops module is used to manage enrollment for workshops and workshop type events. While the scheduler is made to manage appointment scheduling.
There are many options that you can choose while creating the workshop or scheduler. Such as adding new sessions or appointments that participants can signup for. There are also waitlist and approval capabilities.
The main difference between the two modules is that for the workshops module, you can create a single session with multiple meeting times. While, for the appointment scheduler, it is very easy to create many appointments over the course of a day.
There are also several display and format differences between the two versions.
