11/14 talk focuses on social connectivity and community engaged learning

LTS invites you to its next learning event...
"Social Connectivity: Community-Engaged Learning & Learning Technologies," a talk by Dr. Mark Auslander.

Professor Auslander will explore the creative use of library and technology resources in Community-Engaged Learning (CEL) classes. He will demonstrate and lead discussion on emerging community-engaged deployments of LATTE, digital video and audio, podcasting, websites, wikis, geospatial tagging, videoconferencing, and social networking.

Dr. Auslander is the Academic Director of Community-Engaged Learning, Director of M.A. Program in Cultural Production, and Assistant Professor of Anthropology.

When: Wednesday, November 14th @ 3:30 p.m.
Where: Main Library, Level 1, Rapaporte Treasure Hall

Light refreshments will be served.
