Sending files to off-campus collaborators

e-mail attachment often works for small files (esp < 1 MB)
put it in your webserver space on UNet
for security, obscure the file name
password protection is possible, but harder to explain, and not much more safe if you send the password in an e-mail.

The general strategy should be "I will leave the file somewhere for you to pick up", not "I will put the file on your computer".
